We also explore your daily routines and how you entertain and welcome guests, creating a clear brief and agreed scope.
Curation & Product Proposals
We prepare proposals with product imagery, colours, materials, dimensions and suggested quantities, so you can see how the selections work together.
We review these with you and refine the proposals around your feedback before preparing the final quotation.
Quotation & Approval
We present an itemised quotation with product details, quantities, pricing and anticipated lead times.
Any tailor-made requirements, delivery arrangements and service fees are agreed before you approve the order and arrange the required payment.
Sourcing & Procurement
Following approval and payment, we place supplier orders, confirm specifications and monitor progress.
We keep you informed of relevant updates. If availability or timings change, we explain the options and seek your approval before making substitutions.
Delivery & Coordination
We consolidate supplier shipments where appropriate and plan deliveries around site readiness, access and your project schedule.
Working with logistics providers and your property team, we agree unpacking, specialist handling and installation arrangements in preparation for styling.
Dressing, Styling & Handover
We carefully unpack and check your selections before arranging each piece to complement your interior.
Through beautiful pairings of colour, texture and proportion, we create settings that are as practical to live with as they are pleasing to the eye.
From dressed beds and thoughtfully arranged tableware to bathroom accessories and decorative objects, every detail has its place.
At handover, we walk through your home with you, share relevant care guidance and confirm any remaining items.
